I purchased one of these pans recently and have really enjoyed playing around with fillings. Glad to know that they aren't really considered breakfast in Denmark- they are a bit too sweet for me in the morning. Will think about making them for snacks/desserts in the future! Alongside Glogg, of course!

Hi Sue - not that it matters in the least, but I thought you might like to know: Æbleskiver (yes, I have a Danish keyboard ;-)are never eaten for breakfast i Denmark, but almost exclusively around xmas as an afternoon snack/cake and most often with gløgg (a sort of mulled wine).
