Hi Sue- I heard about your blog from a friend at work. I LOVED this recipe. I too braved the muddy roads during the Maple Syrup Weekend...and came home with lots of syrup and hoping for ways to use it. I made these maple cakes for a co-workers birthday. This cake looks absolutely amazing. I can't wait to try it! Since I'm from Chicago, good maple syrup is hard to come by, but I'm hoping to find some at a farmers market sometime soon! Do you have any good advice about ordering maple syrup online? Thanks!
